I will be receiving a refund from the CRA due to a reassessment. The year(s) of the reassessment are prior to my bankruptcy. Does this money get taken by my trustee and put into the bankruptcy? I’ve already been discharged from my bankruptcy, if that changes anything. Posted from: Ontario

Bankruptcy had been declared 4 years ago but HRSDC still ask for money from student loan. That loan was reason for bankruptcy and everything went well. How can they still have that loan on file? Posted from: British Columbia
