Discovery of Fraud after Bankruptcy Discharge

If it discovered after a person was discharged from Bankruptcy that they lied with regards to their income, their sources of employment, and assets transferred from them in to their parent’s name. Is it likely that that their discharge will be revoked? Will the OSB still investigate? Posted from: New Brunswick

trustee has no accountability to time-frame to remove themselves from bankrupt file

I am still waiting for trustee to complete form 16 and sent to OSB. Ex received Absolute Discharge over 3 months ago. MEP will not proceed with collection actions until trustee has discharged himself. Meanwhile ex is free to work and/or leave the country. Advice? Posted from: Alberta

8 years after discharge

Its been 8 years since I was discharged from bankruptcy. It no longer appears in my credit reports. Now that I am looking to buy a franchise , I am wondering if it can still be detected thus be a hurdle ? Posted from: Ontario
