Stuck in the Middle

October 24th, 2013 by Questions

We filed for a second bankruptcy in 2010 and made payments until June of 2012 as required by our trustee. We were told that they would be making a report, based on our income and any surplus payments that would have to be made.
We were also told that they would be getting in touch with us regarding this. We have heard nothing to date and have sent two e-mails to our trustee regarding this info and have heard nothing back. What do we do now?

Contact the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and ask them to look into your file.
