Will medical documents used in a bankruptcy application be viewable by anyone other than the trustee? ie. a medical situation that is documented by a physician’s letter to state that an adult child is a dependant, as he is unable to work. Posted from: Ontario

My spouse declared and was discharged from bankruptcy all in 2013. Am I able to claim the childcare deduction as the higher income earning spouse, given his situation for 2013?
