I filed bankruptcy in 2003 but I did not attend credit counselling

I filed bankruptcy in 2003. However I did not attend my mandatory credit counselling.
Creditors have already came after me for money owed, so does that mean bankruptcy is no longer involved?

It would appear that you are still an undischarged bankrupt; however, your trustee has likely been discharged. This means that the stay of proceedings imposed when filed the assignment in bankruptcy is no longer in effect. In that the bankruptcy is still in effect you are strongly advised to contact your original trustee to make arrangements to correct the deficiencies and arrange for an application to Court for your discharge.
