I failed to meet all the requirements when I filed for bankruptcy in 2002. I was young, stupid and scared. What can I do to reconcile the situation 5 years later? I have since started a family and want to set things straight.

I was wondering what happens if someone has an unpaid child support order and they are trying to claim bankruptcy? Especially when they quit thier job and are not looking for a new one. Will they be required to start making thier child support payments?
