I have a small registered business of which I am the sole proprietor. Can I claim personal bankruptcy without affecting my business?? The business has no assets or debt.

Based on the information that you have provided, your business would not be directly affected if you file for bankruptcy.
Since you are operating as a sole proprietorship, there is no real distinction between you and the business – as long as there are no assets, you may simply carry on as before.
Please make certain you discuss yoru business in detail with your trustee before you file, just to be sure.
