Failure to meet requirements.

I failed to meet all the requirements when I filed for bankruptcy in 2002. I was young, stupid and scared. What can I do to reconcile the situation 5 years later? I have since started a family and want to set things straight.

At this point you need to contact the trustee that handled your bankruptcy in 2002 and find out what you are required to do in order to obtain your discharge now.

You should expect to complete any duties you failed to perform back in 2002, plus you’ll likely have to provide copies of tax returns and a current statement of net worth in order for the Court to determine what you may be required to pay in order to complete the procedure.
