If I am out of Canada and got sued by credit card companies, what happens if I can’t appear in the court because I am not in Canada. How long a court judgement will be valid for for wage garnishment etc.
I know of more then one person that have filed bankruptsy that really should not of. Do trustees really check into clients? How come people that usually earn above average income are allowed to go on unemployment so they dont have to pay, and find it very easy to hide income.

During a consumer proposal, is the use of credit cards completely prohibited ? I am a sole proprietorship and I constantly need to use cards for travelling, etc.
