Revenue Canada & Pre-Proposal Taxes

I really need the correct answer to this question. I have had several different answers & need accurate info. We filed a Consumer Proposal in “2002”. Can CRA collect back Income Tax & GST (Sole Prop.business)) for “2001”.

If you filed a proposal in 2002, your debts from 2001 are included in your proposal.

We suggest you consult the trustee responsible for your proposal if you are having difficulties dealing with Revenue Canada.
