I want to declare bankruptcy to get rid of my debts. I also was to go to university (but not borrow any money for it!) Will the creditors take away any money I earn towards paying the tuition?
Once I was discharged, I noted on my credit reports that the balance amount owed to each of the creditors was still on my report. Isn’t that amount supposed to be changed to 0 – although the companies can still say it was a bad debt?
