I was dishcarged from my first bankruptcy in 07, 2000. And I was discharged from my second banckruptcy on 11, 2003. Why would my first bankruptcy still shows on my credit report from Equifax ? Thanks

What happens after the court has removed your trustee? What is the next step? Does this ever come off of your credit report? Can you pay your creditors on your own? Do you need to get a new trustee to start all over?
What happens if you do not fullfill all of your Bankrucptcy obligations? i.e credit counselling, paying your trustee etc.

I have a small self-employment business. I filed bankruptcy in mid April and my business losses in pre-bankruptcy were considerable. In the post bankruptcy period I had a good profit. Can I balance off some of my post profit with the pre bankruptcy loss. I am not incorporated. Thanks, Bernie
