I understand bankruptcy record stay in EquiFAX or Trans union for 7 year. Would this date be the Registrar Date or Discharge date Posted from: Ontario
I understand that trustee fills and files my return, pre and post to bankruptcy. Don’t I need to sign this return before it is filled? Since someone else is doing it for me. They told me they don’t even usually give a copy to the client. Posted from: British Columbia
