I might have to go bankrupt. One of my bank accounts is joint with relative (3 years now)there is also an overdraft- which will be paid off. Will bankruptcy force me to close bank account or perhaps just take away overdraft. Will my other bank accounts be closed as well, if I declare bankruptcy? Thanks
