The court can issue an order annulling a bankruptcy in the following situations: a) when in the opinion of the court, an assignment or a receiving order should not have been made; b) where it is shown that the debtor was not insolvent when the bankruptcy was filed; or c) if you choose to file a proposal that is accepted by the creditors and approved by the court.
