What amount are creditors (such as GMAC and Student Loan) likely to accept for a consumer proposal. I am unemployed but scared of the implications of bankruptcy and was wondering if I could file a proposal?
Is an international border considered income. I get money for the student each month to cover room and board. If I file bankruptcy, does the full amount get calulated to be considered for income purposes. I do need to buy food, provide transportation and many other supplies.
