I declared bankruptcy in January 2006 and was discharged in October 2006. My personal residence survived the bankruptcy. How soon after recieving a absolute discharge, can I sell my property? Would the trustee still have any vested intered in the proceeds of the sale? This Bankruptcy was in Ontario.

If you have been discharged from bankruptcy and CCRA was not a creditor – than after discharge you are audited – certain deductions refused and re:assesed and now owe CCRA – would this become part of the bankruptcy even though at the time they were not a creditor? No fraud allegation involved.
