I declared bankruptcy Sept 17, 2009, and I just received notice that CRA registered a tax lien on my home October 1, 2009. They were listed as one of the unsecured creditors in my bankruptcy. Are they allowed to register this lien after I go bankrupt? Posted from: Ontario
