Student Loans less then 10 years
I will be out of school 7 years April 2008. I have been discharged from bankruptcy August 2007 but I couldn`t include my student loans at the time of bankruptcy. Am I able to write off my student loan yet?

about last year, my ex and I got divorced. I heard she is going to file for bankruptcy this year. Years ago we got OSAP loan. I paid mine back totally but she couldn`t and now it seems she cant make it yet. Will that affect me in anyway?

Hello I was wondering if my OSAP loan is 10 years old now and if I have to file for a banckruptcy now, is there any way that i won`t get a discharge or my application gets refused? Thanks.

My student loans are ten years old this year, but i plan to do another course of study online with my rrsp using the LLP; if i need to claim bankrupcty in the future will my ten years be from when my education ended using student loans or from my new course?
