new education

My student loans are ten years old this year, but i plan to do another course of study online with my rrsp using the LLP; if i need to claim bankrupcty in the future will my ten years be from when my education ended using student loans or from my new course?

The 10 years is measured from the last day you attended school. As a result, if you take this new course your 10 years will be reset.

So you may want to consider filing bankruptcy prior to taking the course.
