RRSP in Saskatchewan

In the FAQ section of the website you have mentioned that in Saskatchewan RRSPs are exempt from seizure in a bankruptcy. But elsewhere you have mentioned that (anywhere in Canada) RRSPs are seized unless locked in. Which one is true?
