fees to trustee
i do understand that in bankruptcy, if I have surplus income, i pay 50% of that to the trustee, but if there is no surplus income do I pay a `preset` fee to the trustee or how does that work…..as far as the trustee getting paid for their services. Posted from: Nova Scotia
