A major creditor has filed suit against me in Divisional court. I intend to dispute the money owed. If I`am forced to declare bankruptcy prior to judgement what is the status of that claim? Is it included in the bankruptcy as a provable claim or is the judgement considered a post-bankruptcy debt?
