Do unsecured creditors, credit cards, put liens on real estate after a specific time fame of non-payment by the debtor, or is this creditor strategy used during the bankruptcy procedure? Do you have to remain in your province or even in canada during the 9 month bankruptcy process before you get discharged? I dont mean being away completely for the whole 9 months but if you had to be away for 4-5 months out of canada, is that ok? Posted from: Ontario
