work pension

On behalf of another person I am asking what happens to a person’s work pension. The person will keep working during bankruptcy but is worried he will lose his work pension that he is not using in his present stage of life.

Pensions are exempt from seizure under the law – it will not be affected by filing for bankruptcy.
