if i have credit cards with no balance ..do I keep those ..or do i cancel them.?

A licensed trustee said...

If you file a consumer proposal or bankurptcy you are required to surrender all of your credit cards to your trustee, whether they have balances owing or not. In order to keep a card you must be able to prove that the company that issued the card is aware of your situation and is allowing you to keep the card.
