morgage into bankruptcy

i do NOT want to keep my home. It IS the problem of my debt. how do i include my home (it has no equity) into my bankruptcy. Or how do i get out of my morgage???

You have the right to surrender your home to the mortgage company if you can’t afford to keep it. The mortgage company will sell it and if there is a shortfall, they will contact you to arrange repayment.

This type of debt may be included in a bankruptcy (or a proposal) – it depends on how much other debt you have and your ability to repay the total amount that you owe whether or not bankruptcy (or a proposal) may make sense for you.
