MANurisms
I am in the midst of a divorce and am finding it impossible to keep up to the payments I have agreed to. It is affecting my visitation with my son and I am finding it hard to repay all my debts and have enough for food. I need my vehicle to get to work and see my son. Family home does not have enough equity to sell and looking at a large loss. I don`t know what I can keep and what I may lose.

You should probably be speaking to a professional fiancial advisor – either a trustee, or a credit counselor, or even a financial planner. You need an independent pair of eyes to look at your situation and give you some objective advice.
Don’t be surprised if whomever you speak to suggests youn go and see a trustee. More than 1/3 of all personal bankruptcy filings in Canada are a result of a marital breakdown – sorry.
