i declared bankruptcy 3 months ago and my spouse will receive an inheritance soon from a family. how this inheritance will affect my bankruptcy? will he be required to pay because of this?

If the inheritance is in your spouses name, then there will be no impact on her inheritance and your cost of bankruptcy will not change.
