I recieve a City of Wpg pension. Are there any special rules covering seizure of pension if I were to declare bankruptcy

Each province sets it’s own rules when it comes to what is or isn’t seized in a bankruptcy. However, most provinces exemptions list includes pensions such as this. So while I don’t anticipate you will have any difficulties the best thing to do is to bring any documentation you can that relates to this pension into a local trustee and they will be able to verify this.
