tax refunds

hi my last year total income was above 40,000, will i get any tax refunds ?

If you receive any refunds and are in bankruptcy you wouldn’t see them anyway as they are an asset that vests in your trustee (i.e. you loose them ).

As for generically whether or not you will receive a tax refund, there are so many things other than just income that dictate this it is impossible to tell from the information provided.
