UNSECURED CREDITOR SUES THIRD PARTY

My parents took over my car payments, because I could not afford to make them. With my credit cards I payed off MY CAR LOAN. If I claim bankruptcy 3 months later can the unsecured creditors sue my parents to get thier money back? My parents are the owners of the car.
