If you have anyunusual credit card use in the 3 months immediately prior to filing bankrutpcy (or a proposal) these transactions may be subject to review and if they are deemed improper you may be required to repay the purchases.
As a rule, once you dtermine you may no longer be able to repay your credit cards you should stop using them. To continue to use them when you know you can’t make the payments is a form of fraud. Be careful.
