Filed Bankrupcy in 2006

I filed Bankrupcy in 2006 finished school in 2001. I would like to now add this student debt to my original bankruptcy. I was advised that I could apply to have it added to my original bankruptcy can you advise what legislation or court forms or law to note when I apply I now live in Sask do I need to submit this in a BC court to have it processed.

A licensed trustee said...

The matter will be heard in BC unless you apply tot eh Court to have your file transferred to SK. I suggest you hire a lawyer to make the motion – in Ontario that costs about $2,000 (I don’t know what it will cost is SK).
