Is there any point in time at which a provincial and federal student loan can be included in a consumer proposal?

Yes, there is a point where student loans can be included in a consumer proposal. That point is 7 years from the date you last attended any classes. So if you have been out of school of 7 years, then you won’t have any trouble dealing with the student loans in a proposal.
