The old student loan

Hi I had a student loan in 1991 and moved abraod and didn t pay it.. What happens if I move back to Canada? Is the loan still `live` or has it been dissolved due to non payment over such a long time?

Loans don’t just disoved due to non-payment. Regardless whether you are living abroad or return to Canada the student loan will still exist and you will still be responsible for it.
