I am 55 years old, passed more than 7 years i left the university and still I am unemployed without any source of income except the small salary of my wife which in the minimum wage and not enough to make any repayment of the student dettes non for me niether for her.

What to do and how to be with the Quebec student dettes ?

There is no “statute of limitations’ on your student debts – as long as they remain outstanding the government may takes steps to collect the amount that you owe.

Based on your comments, I suggest you contact a trustee or in your area and arrange for a face to face meeting where you can review your options and decide what to do about this debt.
