bankruptcy in 2006 and still owe money in student loans

I CLAIMED BANKRUPTCY IN 2006 , I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE THAT I OWN 45000 IN STUDENT LOANS. I AM NOW PAST THE 7 YEAR MARK SHOULD I CLAIM BANKRUPTCY AGAIN. MY FINANCIAL SITUATION HAS NOT CHANGED.

You may claim bankruptcy a second time if you wish, but I think you should either talk to the trustee that helped you the first time or hire a lawyer to deal with your student loans. You have the right under the law to apply to the Court now that the 7 years have passed to have your student loans retr-actively discharged by the bankruptcy you’ve already completed. This will do less damage to your credit report than filing a second time…
