Student Loan 7-Year Period

My bankruptcy/planned discharge date will fall within 6 months of my 7-year out of school period. What are the chances I can include the student loans, retroactively or otherwise?

You certainly have the right to apply to the Court and ask that your student loans be included/discharged by yoru bankruptcy any time after you have been away from school for 5 years. The Court will then decide based on your current income and situation whether or not your student loans should be repaid in full, in part or not at all.
