retroactive application of new student loan rules

I declared bankruptcy in 2003 and have been carrrying student loan debt which survived the bankruptcy. I have been given to understand that I can now make an application with the court to have those debts included with the previous bankruptcy given the new reduced exemption period. How do I go about this ?

To do this you need to contact an insolvency lawyer. The will be able to tell you if you are eligible to do this and what the costs involved would be.
