There is only speculation at this point. The lateset rumor is November 2008, but I have been hearing rumors like that for the last 2 years, so I don’t have a great deal of confidence that it will hold true.

Having said that if you sighn up for the student loan news letter on our home page that is the best way to recieve the most current informaiton as to when the laws will change.
