Continued education
I have a student loan from 1993 that I haven`t been able to pay. I graduated from university in 1993, continuing but not completing a second degree. I left school in 1998. In 2002, I returned to school with funding from family. I graduated in 2005. I haven`t been able to pay my student loan. Although I was enrolled as a full time student from 2002 – 2005, I did not receive any loans from any outside agencies. Would I still be able to add my student loan to the bankruptcy?

There is no definitive answer to your question, but based on my experience, if you went back and finished a degree you started earlier with student loans (even though you didn’t borrow any more money when you finished) the 10 year clock starts when you graduated, not when you last borrowed money. Sorry, but I don’t think your student loans are eligible until 2015.
