Getting back on track

I owe student loans as well as a credit card debt that I know of. I was bringing in a very low income began missing payments. That was in 2002 after so long and many collection letters from more than one co. I got overwhelmed. About a year ago I began repaying on two of the Student loans again still with a low income. However I recently moved to Alberta and my financial situation has changed. I would really like to start repaying these debt but am unsure of the direction to take. What do you suggest

Contact either the financial institution that issued the loans or the National Student Loan Centre – I am sure they will be pleased to accept payments on your loans again.
