If you do not complete all of your required duties (and making your payments are one of those duties) you will not be discharged from bankruptcy. That means your debts will survive the process and the rights of your creditors to pursue you will be re-instated. On top of all of that bad news, you can’t file bankruptcy again – eventually you have to go back and finish what you started and it will take longer and cost much more to do…
