Bankruptcy question

I just claimed bankruptcy 5 months ago, due to foreclosure of a home. I just received a MIF deficiency judgment, today in the mail. Can they still come after me even tho I claimed bankruptcy, it’s the long weekend and nobody is available to help…

Unless there is something very unusual about your situation, no, they can’t – just call your trustee Tuesday morning and they can explain things in greater detail.
