I would like to know how my back rent for my only home is handled to I get evicted because of the two months rent that I owe.

Probably – you have the right to include your rent arrears in your bankruptcy, but your landlord is under no obligation to let you remain in the unit if you aren’t paying the rent. The usual advice is to move before you are evicted so you at least have some measure of control over the timing of the move. Then once you have moved, include the rent arrears in your bankruptcy.
