Yes, you may. Whether or not you creditors will accept your proposal depends on your household budget and the total amount that you owe. Someone may ask if you regularly receive your support (if it is often late or skipped that might affect their decision), but the fact that you have support doesn’t disqualify you from offering a proposal.
