Can legal/lawyer fees be included in bankruptcy process

They certainly can be, but you can’t expect the lawyer to continue to do any more work for you. Depending on the size of the lawyer’s bill and the services they provided, they may make your bankruptcy more complicated. Any creditor has the right to ask the Court to consider whether or not you bankruptcy should run longer and/or you should be required to repay some portion of your debts. Most creditors don’t exercise this right, but a lawyer might simply because they have a better understanding of the law.
You should discuss this concern with your trustee BEFORE you file to be certain you understand all of the possible outcomes.
