Second Bankrupcy extra Gov Fees

Filing Bankrupcy for a second time in Ontario, is there a new rule that i have to pay $2700 to the Government on top of the Trustees Fees in 2013.

No such rule exists. If you file bankruptcy a second time the procedure will take either 24 or 36 months, depending on your income. There are no up-front government fees – it sounds to me like someone is taking advantage of you…
