No, there is not. If you have filed bankruptcy in the past and anyone asks you in the future if you have, your answer will always be “yes”. The fact that you filed for bankruptcy may onlyb appear on your credit report for a few years, but the fact that you filed will always be a fact you must disclose if asked.
